CREAMY AMBROSIA 
30 oz. can chunk pineapple, undrained
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
16 oz. can peach slices, undrained
1 c. shredded coconut
3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding & pie filling mix
8 oz. container Cool Whip

In large bowl, combine fruits and coconut. Sprinkle pudding mix into fruit, stirring slowly. Let stand 5 minutes (mixture will thicken as it stands). Fold in Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until completely chilled. Makes 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
