AMBROSIA SALAD 
3/4 c. diced pared orange
2 bananas, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. pitted dates, cut up
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Combine fruits. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise; fold into fruit mixture. Serve on greens. Top with coconut. Serves 4-6.
