AMBROSIA SALAD 
3/4 c. pared orange, diced
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cherries, pitted
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. dates, pitted and cut up
1/2 c. Cool Whip topping
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Combine fruits; sprinkle with lemon juice and chill. Fold Cool Whip and sour cream together; then fold into chilled fruit. Sprinkle with flaked coconut and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
