ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, cored & chopped
1 (3 1/2 or 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 of a 6 oz. can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 c. dairy sour cream

In large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, peaches, orange sections, bananas and apples; set aside. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Beat in sour cream. Fold into the fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
