MOLDED FRUIT AND CREAM SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
1/2 c. sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 beaten eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 med. banana, sliced
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Whole strawberries

Drain orange sections, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup. In saucepan, combine gelatin with syrup mixture and orange and lemon juice. Heat until gelatin dissolves. Gradually stir half of hot mixture into eggs; return all to saucepan. Cook two minutes more. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, cream cheese, beat until smooth. Chill until partially set. Fold in orange sections, banana and nuts. Turn into 5 1/2 cup ring mold. Chill. Unmold and add strawberries in center.
