LAMB BARBECUE 
2 lb. ground lamb, browned
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Lowery season salt
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce

Mix thoroughly and simmer for 30 minutes. May be simmered in crock pot. Variations: crumbled fine bacon piece and add to lamb.
