DICK'S BARBECUE | |
2 (1 inch) lamb steaks Garlic powder Cajun style seasoning Purchase a whole leg of lamb. Have it sliced into 1 inch steaks. Reserve both small ends for a quick small roast lamb. Sprinkle steaks liberally with garlic powder. Add Cajun style seasoning. Place in a baggie. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Place on barbecue and cook until pink inside, turning over once. Fantastic tasting! |
