BARBECUED LAMB 
3-4 lb. lamb shoulder chops
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash bottled hot sauce

Cook chops for 15-20 minutes on grill or oven. Meanwhile combine all ingredients in saucepan. Put meat in pan and cover tightly. Simmer for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 5.
