ORTEGA RICE 
1 sm. can diced Ortega peppers
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can beef broth
1 can French onion soup

Mix rice, soups and Ortega peppers together in a square baking dish and top with cheeses. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 4-6 servings. Good as a side dish or add 1 pound browned ground beef and serve as a main entree.
