CAULIFLOWER SCRAMBLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) cauliflower in cheese sauce
1 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 med. tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Remove cauliflower pouches from boxes. Place both pouches in oven. Microwave at high until thawed but not hot, 4-6 minutes. Set aside. Combine zucchini, onion and butter in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high until vegetables are tender crisp, 2 1/2-4 minutes. Stir in cauliflower, tomatoes, salt and thyme. Microwave, covered at high until heated through 4 1/2-6 1/2 minutes. Stir before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
