SNOW BALL CAKE 
1 lg. angel food cake, cubed or crumbs
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
2 c. flaked coconut
2 med. bowl Cool Whip

In 10 x 13 glass baking pan (plastic pan may also be used), add layer of angel food crumbs. Top with good layer of pineapple, coconut and Cool Whip. Continue these layers until pan is full. Top with Cool Whip and heavy on the coconut. Serve at least 15. Keep refrigerated.
