CHAMPAGNE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 chopped bananas
1 (8 or 9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
3/4 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients, folding in Cool Whip. Spread into two 9-inch or one 9 x 13 pyrex. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze. Keep frozen until ready to serve. After serving return to freezer. This can also be used as a dessert.
