APRICOT PIE 
3 c. canned or dried apricots
2 1/2 tbsp. minute tapioca

If dried apricots, add 1 cup sugar, canned apricots are sweet enough. Stir tapioca in apricots. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
