3 c. sugar
2 c. water
Rind of 1 lemon

Put in heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Remove lemon rind and discard.

2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. chocolate extract
3 oz. brandy
2 tbsp. almond extract
3 c. vodka

Cool and bottle.
