1 pan cornbread, crumbled
2 cups bread crumbs
1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
5 cups chicken or turkey broth
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add more broth if not a good consistency to bake. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in mixture and bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce.
