CARMER'S MEAT LOAF 
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 lb. beef
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
Bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1 sm. bottle ketchup
Flour
Water

Mix well all ingredients except little bit of ketchup, flour and water. Shape into loaf in an iron skillet. Sprinkle flour on bottom of skillet around each side of loaf. Pour remaining ketchup over flour and top of loaf. Pour a little water on each side of loaf over flour and ketchup. This will make gravy. Bake at 350 degrees until done in center.
