SAUCY MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. reg. sausage (not hot)
2 eggs
2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, diced fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
2 catsup bottles water

Mix ingredients, except for catsup and 1 bottle of water. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Let loaf come within 2 inches of sides of pan. Ice top and sides of loaf with catsup. (Reserve 1/2 cup for sauce.) Pour 1 bottle water around loaf to prevent drying. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
Dash of salt & pepper
Flour to thicken

Remove excess fat from liquid in pan. Stir in water, catsup, salt and pepper and enough flour to thicken. Serve over meatloaf.
