EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag frozen hash browns

TOPPING:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 can Durkee onion rings

Slightly break apart the frozen hash browns. Mix together with the sour cream, undiluted soup and Cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top with melted butter and onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
