9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant pistachio pudding
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. grated coconut (optional)

Mix pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Add Cool Whip, mix well and add remainder of ingredients. Chill.
