SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked or left over
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella

In large skillet cook meat, onion and pepper until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic. Combine spaghetti, butter, cheese and eggs. Press into 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti mixture. Fill crust with meat mixture. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes.
