SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 - 1 1/4 lbs. hamburger
1 (26 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
7 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and drain thoroughly. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer until warm. Set aside. Cook spaghetti until tender-chewy (al dente). Drain and stir in butter. In separate bowl beat eggs. Add Parmesan cheese and combine thoroughly with cooked spaghetti.

Place in bottom of 10" glass pie plate, forming crust on bottom and up the sides. Bake 2 minutes on high in microwave. Spread cottage cheese or Ricotta over the spaghetti. Cover with an even layer of meat sauce.

Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. This reheats well. NOTE: The pie can be prepared without the Mozzarella and frozen. When ready to use, thaw and bake as above, adding cheese at the end.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
