TOMATO ASPIC 
1 tbsp. gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 3/4 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrot

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold tomato juice, add 1 1/2 cups tomato juice, lemon juice, onion, salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and chill. When mixture has consistency of thin syrup fold in vegetables. Chill in a mold.
