BEST BROWN BREAD 
3 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour
3 c. lukewarm water
1 tbsp. instant quick-rise yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Combine flours, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Add water. Mix thoroughly. Knead on floured board for 10-15 minutes, adding flour as needed. Divide dough. Shape and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
