PROTEIN BREAD 
1 c. quick oats
1 c. whole bran cereal
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
2 tbsp. dry yeast
3 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixer bowl. Pour 2 1/2 cups boiling water over; stir and let cool. Add cottage cheese, butter, salt, molasses, and dry yeast; mix. Add flours; mix and beat 3 minutes.

Add 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups more white flour; mix by hand. Cover bowl; let rise. Stir down. Knead lightly. Makes 3 loaves. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
