PROTEIN PANCAKES 
1 c. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend all on high for 1 minute. Scrape down and blend 30 more seconds. Fry in a hot griddle or skillet with a little oil.
