BEEF MARINADE 
2 to 5 lbs. beef roast, 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat. Let stand 1 to 1 1/2 hours on each side. Use marinade to baste while meat is cooking.
