1 chocolate cake mix (set aside 1 c.)
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil

Mix together and pat into bottom of a 9x12 greased pan.

Mix:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cake mix (reserved)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over top of cake mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool then frost with 1 small container of Cool Whip. Shave 1 chocolate bar over top for garnish.
