CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 cans whole cranberries
2 (3 oz.) boxes raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 lg. apple, chopped
1 c. diced orange (may use can or orange segments)

Dissolve Jello in water, add sugar and cranberries. Mix in remaining ingredients. You don't have to wait for Jello to set. Makes a lot, so recipe may be cut in half.
