CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 lbs. fresh whole cranberries
3 California oranges (thick rind)
5 Delicious red apples
1 can pineapple, crushed in own juice
2 (3 oz.) boxes of orange Jello
3 (3 oz.) boxes of raspberry Jello

Grind: all apples, oranges, cranberries with skin on and in grinder - or chop in blender a little bit at a time. Add pineapple. Make Jello: 1 cup hot water per box. Example - 5 cups for 5 boxes, 2 cold and 3 hot. Add fruit to Jello and put in mold or in a decorative dish. If in a mold just a little less water, 1/2 cup. Refrigerate until firm. Optional - add nuts to mix or celery.
