FRANKFURTER SCALLOP DELUXE 
4 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
8 frankfurters, cut in 1" chunks
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash paprika
1 med. onion, peeled & thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
4 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

In a non-stick 9" baking dish or pan, layer half the potatoes, all the onion, half the green pepper, then franks and remaining potatoes and remaining green pepper.

In small bowl, combine milk, flour, salt, paprika and mustard. Pour over casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. 275 calories per serving. 6 servings.
