COMPANY FRUIT SALAD 
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can crushed or pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipping cream

Drain all fruit. In large mixing bowl cream the cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until fluffy. Blend in sour cream; fold in cottage cheese. Whip whipping cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in well-drained fruit, marshmallows, coconut and nuts. Chill overnight. Serves 10 to 12.
