COCONUT CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix (yellow) 2 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1/2 can coconut 1 lg. container Cool Whip Bake cake as directed on package, in a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. In a pan, mix milk, sugar, and coconut. Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar. Punch holes in cake with a meat fork and pour the hot milk mixture over top of cake. Cool in refrigerator. Frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle some coconut over frosting. Keep refrigerated. |
