BEEF JERKY 
Lg. bottle Teriyaki sauce with butter or Sari sauce
12 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
Salt and pepper

Cut meat with groin into thin strips. Soak in sauce for 15 hours. Put strips on cookie sheet, drain off excess liquid. Dry over wood stove. Turn meat after top of meat in dry (about 5 or 6 hours). Cookie sheet should sit on a kettle of water or pot at least 6 inches high. This procedure takes about 10-12 hours.
