BEEF ROLLS 
Round or flank steak, cut in thin strips, approximately 3 x 4 inches
Onion, chopped
Bacon
Salt
Pepper
Allspice
Mace

Pound the strips of steak thin. Season with salt, pepper, allspice and mace. Add chopped onion and 1 strip of bacon. Roll it up. Secure with toothpick. Dredge in flour. Brown in skillet. Cook in beef bouillon for 1/2 hour.
