PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 jar Ragu

Combine all ingredients, except Ragu. Mix well. Shape into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish. Cover meatballs with 1/2 jar Ragu. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer.
