MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend sugar, butter, eggs. Sift flour, cocoa, salt, mix in. Add pecans and vanilla. Beat well; pour into 9 x 13 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, spread 1 package miniature marshmallows over top, while hot.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread over melted marshmallows after cake is cool.
