1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar substitute, suitable for baking
1 egg, beaten
Pinch of salt

Mix and stir all ingredients together. Drop by large teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
