CHILI SAUCE 
18 lg. tomatoes, skinned & cut up
6 onions, diced sm.
2 green peppers, diced sm.
1 hot pepper, diced sm.
2 1/2 c. sugar (30 packets of Sweet 'n Low could be used)
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
4 c. white vinegar

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Cook 2 to 3 hours. Stir occasionally so it won't stick to pan, uncovered. Heat canning jars in oven before adding hot sauce. Seal jars.
