LUNCH BOX SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated raw zucchini, drained do not peel
Topping - chocolate bits and chopped walnuts

Mix butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk with the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa and cinnamon mixture. Add zucchini and top with chocolate bits and chopped walnuts. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
