FRESH MICROWAVED CORN 
Unhusked corn on the cob

If corn seams dry rinse in cold water. Lay no more than 4 ears on oven flour. Microwave, uncovered on high - 1 ear for 2-3 minutes, 2 ears for 3-4 minutes, 4 ears 5-6 minutes. Turn ears over and rearrange at 1/ time. Check for doneness after minimum time by peeling husks back and pressing a few kernels, they should feel springy, firm, not soft because they will finish cooking on standing. Let stand in husk 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
