4 chicken breast halves*
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon
4 tbsp. melted butter

Place chicken in a baking dish. Combine all ingredients. Brush both sides of chicken with glaze.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Brush with more glaze.

Bake 10 minutes and brush with glaze.

Bake until chicken is done, maybe another 30 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.

*May be substituted with turkey breasts.
