1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. caramels
8 oz. sm. marshmallows
10 c. popped popcorn
1/2 lb. M&M'S®
1/2 lb. Reese's pieces
1/2.b peanuts

Heat butter, oil, caramels and marshmallows until melted. Combine popcorn, M&M'S®, Reese's pieces and peanuts in large bowl. Pour hot mixture over popcorn mix. Press into lightly oiled angel food cake pan. Cool. Remove from pan.
