POPCORN CAKE

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
22 lg. marshmallows
20 caramels

10 c. popped popcorn
2 c. nuts
2 c. M&M'S® plain

Melt together first 4 ingredients.

Pour over popcorn and nuts and M&M'S®. Mix well. Pour mixture into oiled Bundt pan. Press down then turn upside down.

Make this at Christmas time. Use red and green M&M'S®.
