MOCK SCALLOPS | |
1 1/2 lbs. halibut, cut 1/2" thick 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tsp. ground black pepper 4 tbsp. oil Cut the halibut into 1/2 inch thick cubes. Dip the cubes in the egg and then in the flour mixed with the salt and pepper. Saute the fish scallops in the oil until browned on all sides. Serve with your favorite seafood sauce. Serves 8. |
