CLAM CHOWDER 
1 can minced clams
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 qt. half & half
3 cans cream of potato soup (condensed)
3 cans New England clam chowder (condensed)

Saute in 1 tablespoon butter, onion and celery until tender. Combine in large pan, remaining ingredients (a crock pot works well too). Simmer on low all day, stirring occasionally. Keep covered. Easy and delicious.
