CLAM CHOWDER 
1 diced onion
1 stick butter
2 cans New England clam chowder
3 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans minced clams
1 qt. half and half

Simmer onion in butter until tender. Put all in crock pot and cook at lowest setting 4 to 5 hours. Can be frozen.
