PUMPKIN PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. milk (or sm. can evaporated milk)
3 eggs
1 can pumpkin pie mix
1/4 c. sugar

Mix well the cake mix and 1 egg. Save 1 cup of this mixture. Pat the rest of the mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan and pour 1/2 cup melted butter over it. Mix the pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs and the milk and pour over cake mixture. Combine reserved cake mix with 1/4 cup sugar and sprinkle over top. Add remaining butter and nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. Serve with whipping cream. Serves 16 to 18.
