COMPANY BEST MEAT BALLS 
1 egg
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
2/3 c. water
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted (do not use cream of mushroom soup)

Combine egg and milk, beat slightly. Add bread crumbs and stir until moistened. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into small meat balls and brown in oil. Pour off drippings. Combine soup and water. Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until balls are done. Yields about 25 meat balls.
