COCONUT FRUIT SQUARES 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel or lime
1/2 c. lemon or lime juice
5 1/4 c. Cool Whip
2 2/3 c. Baker's angel food coconut, fresh or canned fruit

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. press firmly into bottom of 9 inch square pan. Combine milk, peel and juice in large bowl. Fold in 3 1/2 cups whipped topping and 1 1/2 cups coconut. Spread half of mixture over crumbs. Arrange a layer of fruit; spread remaining mixture. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill at least 2 hours.

SUGGESTED FRUIT:

1 can mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
2 kiwi fruit, peeled

Cut into squares. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Makes 9 servings.
