Mix as directed and bake in a 9 x 13 cake pan.

1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
6 Skor bars
3 pkg. chocolate instant pudding, made as directed

In glass bowl layer: (1) cake, (2) chocolate pudding, (3) Cool Whip, (4) crushed Skor bars. Keep layering until bowl is full.
